Celebrations on Rechetsberg manor


If you celebrate on Rechetsberg manor, then the entire estate, including cottages and 7000 m² of turf area, are just at your disposal. This way you are completely safe from prying eyes of others and can use the entire site just for you and your friends.

Celebrate thus completely undisturbed, and exploit the beautiful park for romantic summer parties and live bands outdoors! Enjoy the unlimited area which provides for you or your guests the opportunity to 'skive off' for a moment and take a walk by torchlight through the park!



Basic rate: 

includes the rental of the following objects:

  • 1 - approx. 300 m² of interior space in the mansion: foyer, 8 m high, with large chandelier, guest room, catering kitchen, cloakroom, toilets ladies/gentlemen
  • 2 – 75 m² of furnished terrace with panoramic view
  • 3 - ca. 350 m² of living space in two cottages, adding up to a total of 14 beds, 7 baths and 2 kitchens
  • 4 - 2 double rooms with baths in the mansion
  • 5 - covered and furnished patio with columns
  • 6 - approx. 7000 m² of turf around the manor for outdoor parties
  • 7 - rustic fireplace with seating
  • 8 - barbecuing area with seating
  • 9 - parking lot

•Plus seating fee/person:

for the provision of comfortable banquet furniture (round tables, square tables, cocktail tables, cushioned banquet chairs)



•Plus clean-up fee (seating, tables etc.), post-cleaning and garbage disposal fee (depending on scope of the party)

Extras (optional):

  • 1 - cream-coloured chair covers (for celebrations): chair
  • 2 - stylish table decorations (tablecloths, candlesticks (silver), noble flower decorations with roses and stainless steel dinner plate): person
  • 3 - provision of dinnerware, glasses and cutlery:
  • 4 - illumination of the driveway with oil lanterns:
  • 5 - illumination of the whole area with oil lanterns:
  • 6 - fire basket on the terrace (kept burning till 2 clock in the morning):
  • 7 – maintenance of a camp fire (kept burning till 2 clock in the morning):
  • 8 – additional outdoor seating (chairs with covers), available with red carpet:
  • 9 - noble garden pavilion in the park (at night illuminated by candle light):


Pay the rent in advance, latest at the day of the event. One day before the rental, after 16:00 o'clock, the premises for the celebration (foyer/dining area/park) are made available for decoration work and must be cleared till one day after the celebration, by 14:00 o'clock. The two cottages are available on the day of the event from 15:00 o'clock and must be cleared the next day by 12:00 o'clock. Furthermore, the park area must be returned cleared of ​​all trash/garbage. You are welcome to rent the cottages even longer if you want to spend a holiday after your party. Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • 1) The tenant is obliged to treat the rooms carefully and to return them in pristine condition. The tenant is liable to the landlord for damages caused by him or his guests.
  • 2) Cooking is not permitted in the catering kitchen. Food may only be kept warm, heated, or cooled in the existing refrigerator.
  • 3) The exits shall remain accessible during the event. Access to there must not be blocked.
  • 4) The tenant indemnifies the landlord from any liability for events during the rental period.
  • 5) A sound system in the premises is present which must be used (microphone available). Additional speakers and amplifiers only by prior arrangement.
  • 6) If an event cannot be carried out without the landlord having to answer for this, the landlord reserves the right to payment of 70 % of the full usage charge.
  • 7) In cases of force majeure or regulatory measures which will make the disposal of premises by the landlord impossible, the landlord is relieved from any obligations of this agreement, without entailing claims by the tenant to the landlord.
